Menopause
is my superpower.
Hi, I’m Luce, and I’m on the other side of the menopause transition!
I’m a mother, a social transformation specialist, a certified coach, a feminist and an innovator. I have had loads of successes, and my fair share of failures.
I am passionate about transformation and I believe that we can all learn to navigate perimenopause and the menopause transition (peri/menopause for short) meaningfully and with dignity.
As a 52-year-old white, cisgender, straight and immensely privileged woman, my journey has nevertheless been marked by a series of initiations. I have been single, married, divorced, have the joy of savouring the beautiful ongoing journey of motherhood and in a loving, satisfying, healthy and HOT union with my amazing partner.
The onset of menopause was an intense period of time that made me rethink and question everything. It tempered me and also opened me up to a process of deep empowerment. It helped me understand that the menopause portal can be a path to wisdom, inner peace, fulfillment, nourishing relationships, working on my own terms, better energy management, conscious love, financial abundance and a meaningful contribution to the world.
I believe now more than ever that life is but a series of continuous transformations and that peri/menopause is a crucial initiation that enables us to be reborn. And this belief guides every single decision that I make and action that I take.
About me.
I have already spanned three careers and have reinvented myself constantly in the last 30 years, having successfully shifted into a new career pathway on average every 7 years. I’ve been salaried in private, public and non-profit structures, as well as having been a successful entrepreneur. You could say that transformation and reinvention is in my bones, it’s what I do again and again!
I began my career as a designer and spent 17 years creating impactful brand identities and other forms of visual communication for high level clients, then co-founded an ecodesign non-profit firm, which led me to shift into the world of sustainability.
I went back to university to do a Masters degree in corporate social responsibility and have then enjoyed a 10 year academic career in sustainability research, ending as executive director of a prestigious research center.
I trained to become a PGCC certified coach at the John Molson School of Business of Concordia University. I am a certified Somatic Educator for Women and since January 2024, I have been training in the VITA™ Coaching Method for Sex, Love, and Relationships. This deeply transformative certification has completely changed my life and it can change yours as well!
I am a member of the International Coach Federation and of the Canadian Menopause Society, a multidisciplinary group of family physicians, specialists and healthcare professionals who are interested in menopausal and postmenopausal health.

My Mission
I empower women to navigate midlife transitions and embody their most expressed self.
I envision a world where women age confidently and navigate midlife with resilience, purpose, and fulfillment. I am committed to empowering women to embrace their unique journeys, reclaim and cultivate their Eros, blissify their purpose, revolutionize their relationships, and unlock their full potential to create not only meaningful lives, but also contribute to transforming this world for the greater good.
Always learning and growing.
My dedication to widening and deepening my knowledge and mastery of important topics related to the peri/menopause is profound and ongoing.
I have working knowledge of the psycho-emotional and spiritual landscape of the peri/menopause continuum, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, conscious movement, authentic communication and self compassion, as well as a solid toolbox of practices that I’ve experimented with and layered in my own life.
I have followed various courses on the polyvagal theory, the nervous system and the effects of trauma on the nervous system. I regularly geek out on jungian philosophy and archetypes, conscious leadership, the polyvagal theory, optimal nutrition and exercise after 50, Tantra, sacred sexuality, everything that has anything to do with menopause, midlife biohacking, shamanism, ceremony and ritual and many other topics all related to radical self care and self-connection.
I am also committed to my own growth and healing and so am currently engaged in therapeutic or spiritual relationships with a breathwork practitioner, a somatic experiencing therapist and a medicine woman.
Land recognition and socio-ecological footprint.
I live on the Island of Tiohtià:ke (or Montréal, home of the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation) on unceded Indigenous lands, with my son and our two cats. We consciously do our best to keep our ecological and social footprints as light as possible.
